Gentlemen, I finally got a chance to take some pictures of one of our customers’ units.  This is the 11th unit we used with your RvRoofMagic over the past two years.  I close more business with your product because it requires only one coat & I don’t need a primer, regardless of what is on the roof.  I am saving our customer money on the product and on their labor charges.  Here’s some information for your potential customers. As a remote installer, we have used many products over the years.  Some customers requested the lowest-cost product, and a few years ago we handled those jobs without a warranty.  After a few units using the elastomers, we received calls complaining about our installation. We explained that the issue was with the product, not our work.  Quite frankly, we did not want to deal with product issues, so we looked for something else.  After the first few year of installations with rv Roof magic, we realized we had found the right product.  Guess what, no callbacks from customers.  This is the only product we use. Sometimes we don’t get the job because some still want to use a cheaper acrylic or elastomeric, and we just don’t want that business.  We are confident in our warranty and have received many referrals for other RV work because of the quality of our product.  What I tell any potential customer now is: do you want to save $100.00 and get a cheaper product, only to have the same issue in 2-3 years, or do you want to fix it right the first time?  It’s that simple.  Your customer service is terrific, especially when it’s hard to get people to return calls or answer the phone.  More to come!
