After application of product. How do I replace broken vent flanges?

I would like to use this to coat my EDPM RV roof. My question is what sealants do I use if I have to replace a fridge vent or install a new vent or protrusion in the roof?

you can use our seam tight.  many of the rv repair shops use that first and then apply the RvRoofMagic
