Donna sent her video but what we wanted to point out is her prep word. Donna decided to clean the worse areas as well as around her vents first. She let the product dry for 24 hours and then washed down the entire roof with water and our Roof Protect. You can see how much dirt comes up with the roof protect. Again as we stated the cleaner does what no other can do as it actually emulsifies the contaminants from the roof. As you can see under the dirt there is a significant amount of mold that was killed with the mildewcide in the Roof Protect. You can see as the product is being rolled within a few seconds it starts to self-level..

1998 National RV. Another unit that started to show the black. This occurs with the original EPDM roof starts to significantly chalk. A normal wear for an EPDM rubber roof. Fortunately the RvRoofMagic will not chalk unlike other coatings since it is solvent based and as it cures it will actually chemically grip on to the current roof making them one in the same. Janet should have been a actor she is one of the best commentators we have been fortunate to load up on our site! One suggestion instead of putting the roller in the bucket get a paint tray instead

Michael giving us his post application comments. Most of our customers like Michael prefer to do their cut in work first. The next day you might want to do an inch overlap from where you left off.

Sorry we don’t know the customer name but he sent in a video about 10 days after the product was applied

This particular unit needed a lot of prep work. Any loose sealant and caulks you wan to remove and replace with either our Rubex Caulk or our Seam Compound.

Troy wanted to get his unit coated before winter set in. Another example of mold growth pretty solid unit but there are hairline fractures in the roof that he wanted to address. He also cleaned the roof with our Roof Protect due to the noticeable amount of mold spores. We decided to show this video because during the night the temperature fell below freezing temperatures. When he returned to the roof there was NO issues with the coatings. Ice crystals formed but once they melt and the water dries it will continue the curing process. With other coatings you would have had a product failure due to the freezing temperatures.
