I would suggest looking over your manual but our RV roof Magic goes over all RV types with the exception of silicone.

No it will not we actually would not be able to sell a product that would damage an rv. the one gallon container should get you approximately 5-6 washes

The roof must be clean, dry and free of any oil, grease, dirt or loosely adhered coating. Surface should be cleaned with Roof Protect to ensure proper adhesion. It was field tested to be compatible with RvRoofMagic and provides a very deep cleaning vs standard cleaners. Roof Protect emulsifies contaminates and provides improved surface preparation by effectively removing oil, grease, mildew, dirt, and other soils from your roofing membrane. It also has a built in mildewcide to kill any living mold spores on your roof prior to application of RvRoofMagic. You can also use Roof Protect annually to further protect your roof.

hello an adhesion test is best done by painting a small 1 ft by 1 ft area then impregnate a strip of polyester mesh fabric into the area. let dry and coat over the tape leaving about 4-5 inches that has not been coated exposed. Then once that is dry pull up on the fabric if the coating lifts up then the adhesion has failed. We see on silicone and PVC roofs.

First, we suggest doing an inspection around the AC and vents. Any loose caulk needs to be replaced and any areas that are not sufficiently caulked should be. We offer Rubex caulk on our website. This caulk was field tested to be compatible with the Rvroofmagic so it will not void the warranty. We suggest taping off the roof with the blue painter’s tape to allow you to paint a straight line as well as eliminated any drips. Most people will do their cut in work around the ac’s vents etc. first and then go back with the roller over the entire roof

Any unused material will have a 4 year shelf life depending on the temperature it is stored. You really have several hours to work with it. if you walk away for a day it will develop a light skin over the top but when re-mixing with the drill the solvent will dissolve the skin on the top. But better to put the lid on it if you know you have to walk away from the product for a few hours

A long nap roller is needs and caulk to reinforce any areas around the ac’s vents etc. We sell a specific caulk called Rubex that was field texted to be compatible with our product so it will not void the warranty.

Here are the roof types you can apply it on

EPDM
Can be applied directly over any non-silicone products such as Dicor, Kool Seal and elastomerics
Alpha rubber roof made by Fleetwood RV’s.
Fiberglass
Butyl Rubber
Hypalon Rubber
Metal
NOTE: Cannot be applied over silicone coatings.
Vinyl- Adhesion test is needed.

Only one coat is needed you get approximately 50 sq ft per gallon on a smooth surface and 40 sq ft on a roof surface.

yes you can we suggest washing it with a good detergent and add two cups of bleach per gallon of water to kill any mold spores and the product can apply over eternabond
